Complete automation in hotel rooms is done by ADRIA system, where everything is implemented in the rooms that one RMS system implies and primarily refers to the management of air conditioning (heating / cooling), general consumption sockets, SOS alarm monitoring, flood detection in the bathroom, management floor heating, room presence control and room lighting control via room controllers.
In order to simplify the management of individual devices, the integration of the HDL Smart Home system on the reception, restaurant and staircase was performed. There are several ways to control the lighting in the building and through the multifunctional panel with LCD touch screen as well as the Magiesta application, it is possible to completely independently and smoothly control settings of on/off, phase dimmable and DALI lighting integrated on the building. Also, it is possible to combine all the mentioned types of lighting control at the same time, which enables the creation of scenarios according to the user’s wishes, ie it creates the possibility to control different circuits in different hotel zones with one click.
