Building Management System
The Building Management System (BMS) is a computer-based control system installed in buildings that controls and monitors the building's mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems and security systems.
System is designed in the form of a distributed system:
- field equipment - sensors, thermostats, pressure switches, control valves, actuators...,
- automatic stations - controllers necessary for autonomous operation of controlled systems,
- central computer for supervision and management of technical systems of the facility.

Electric motor drive
The installation of ED system (an electric motor drive) provides electrical power, protection and control to all electrical consumers and systems within mechanical installations, as well as heating. The automatic control system should be designed in the form of a central monitoring and control system, so that it enables supervision and management of all technical systems of the facility with the help of programmable controllers-substations on the appropriate protocol (performing local automatic control) and a central computer with necessary software packages.
